The vehicle was new and clean.
He was happy to stay as long as we wanted, time was not an issue.
Where he took us was breathtaking and beautiful.
Lunch was very nice.
The tour took over 9 hours as advertised.
Unfortunately he only provided us with 1 water on the 2 hour travel to Bourail. By the time we arrived there the water was warm.
No cooler bag with ice and drinks were provided in the car.
We were not asked if we needed to stop for a toilet break.
He did not provide us with any information about Noumea in our travels unless we asked. There was silence almost the whole time we travelled.
When we reached our destination(s) he didn't tell us anything about the area. He was more like a driver than a tour guide.
