What To Expect
ウアントロの丘
Ouen-Toroの丘は、この岩場の反対側にあります。道路は市立公園の長さに沿って延び、ラグーンを見下ろす高さ128メートルの山頂に通じています。 1940年にオーストラリア軍によって設置された2つの見事な大砲がその頂上にあります。そこからは、ヌメアとその周辺地域の比類のない景色を眺めることができます。
丘を下る道を下ると、街のさまざまな側面から非常に興味深い景色が頻繁に見られます。南へ行くと、すぐ下にメリディアンとシャトーロイヤルのホテルがあり、シャトーロイヤルビーチとアンスヴァタビーチに隣接しています。西に向かって、ベイデシトロンとベイドロルフェリナートの2つの湾が広がっています。北部には、ヴァルプレザンス、モータープール、レシービング、ンギアなどの住宅街があります。最後に、東にはサントマリー湾とその小さな島があります。モンドールの山々とニューカレドニアのグレートサウスの丘、グランドシュッドが遠くにそびえています。

Excellent introduction to Noumea. Daniel gave good explanations on the history and localities of Noumea. A very friendly and likeable person. Nicely paced with plenty of time for some photos at some of the stunning viewpoints. Able to spend a little time at the Markets as well.
Overall good value for money and highly recommended for anyone on their first visit to Noumea.

Very nice tour with Daniel. Good to hear the history of Djubéa-Kaponé, the Kanak indigenous people and the intricacies that make this island so special.
Would recommend travellers have a basic understanding of the history of the island and the impacts of French colonisation. This will help with understanding how the two cultures coexist today, and get a very in-depth guided experience.

Nice drive around town in an air conditioned minibus. Friendly tour guide. Everything was closed due to it being a Sunday but still enjoyable tour.
